Blueprint’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) is our endeavour to make the learners future-ready by demystifying the concept of ‘artificial intelligence’, or ‘machine intelligence’, to them by elaborating how it is a crucial presence in our day-to-day lives, how it can be used to help raise our quality of life and what its future implications are going to be.
- Neurons: Learning objectives given at the beginning of every chapter that list the topics being covered
- FactBot: Facts, tips and additional information related to the field of AI
- TechBot: Definitions of certain technical terms with which the learner may not be familiar
- ExciteBot: In-text questions related to the topic being taught, which help pique the learner’s curiosity about that topic and the subsequent topics
- AI Hands-on: In-text activities that help the learners relate AI to their day-to-day lives and help them understand the extent to which it affects our world
- RelateBot: Subject integration activities that help the learner understand the wide and far-reaching impact of AI
- AI Summary: A point-by-point synopsis of the chapter for ease of reference and recall
- AI Lab Time: AI games and experiences to encourage cognitive and experiential learning
- ExploreBot: Conceptual skill evaluation based on the chapter that has objective-type questions (such as MCQs, fill in the blanks, true/false and match the following), with the answers provided within the questions; and theoretical questions (short- and long-answer questions).
- In the Lab: Deals with technical evaluation and research through games, experiments or lab activities, along with to-do questions Projects: Skill-based project work to enhance the development of life skills and 21st-century skills such as creative thinking, effective communication, decision-making and self-awareness
- Techtionary: A glossary of technical words related to AI that have been used in the book, to serve as an introductory dictionary of sorts
