1. Unconditional Guarantee:

   • At Blueprint Education, we unconditionally guarantee all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by email at orders@blueprinteducation.co.in.

2. Replacement for Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described Products:

   • In the event that you receive an item in a ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ condition, or if it is ‘not as described’ by us, you may request a replacement at no extra cost.
   • Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund with no questions asked, or we will provide you with the expected time period for stock availability.

3. Returns Not Possible:

   • Returns may not be possible under the following circumstances:
     1. The return request is made outside the specified time period.
     2. The product is damaged due to use or is not in the same condition as when received.

4. Approval for Returns:

   • Please do not send the product back without our approval. To initiate a return, fill out the return form available on our website.

5. Return Process:
